just came back from swimfast's training...
the sets are: 8x150m(warm up)
16x50 kick
4x50 fast kick
15x100 pulling
6x200(1 dive, 1 easy)
not too bad, i went toilet twice just to slack... hahah
then after that went to bowl with swimfast ppl...
haha amanda lim's mother is darm kind, i swear
its like already so late and she still fetch me to the mrt to take mrt home.
ahah THANKS AUNTIE!
i havent take my dinner! and its like now 12am! ahah
hais, i really love someone... just dont know how to get him.... alright i shall go grab my dinner!
